Wolf Tooth Components BBS4416 – versatile bottom bracket tool
The BBS4416 is the most common of the Wolf Tooth Components bottom bracket tools, because it can be used for many Shimano bottom brackets (e.g. BB80, BB5700) as well as for FSA, Chris King, Hope and some other manufacturers. In general, it is suitable for bearing cups with 16 teeth and 44 mm outer diameter. Accordingly, the tool has 16 notches for more grip when screwing on the cups by hand. You can combine it with a 3/8″ square drive ratchet or a 1″ torque wrench. Thanks to its magnetic steel inserts it also fits perfectly with the Pack Wrench. Like all Wolf Tooth bottom bracket tools, the BBS4116 is CNC machined to ensure particularly high quality. As a bonus, an 8-slot dust cap wrench is integrated, which can be used to loosen the crank bolt of Shimano cranks.
